Many of you visiting this site have been through one of our training or consulting experiences. The material presented during live engagements CANNOT be replicated in any format. If you have licensed our materials in the past, you CANNOT legally continue to use the content after the license expiration. HOW WE PROTECT OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Please note that we take the following steps to protect our intellectual property:
Routine contact. The pharmaceutical and medical device industries are comprised of relatively small and transparent communities. We maintain regular contact with a variety of company representatives. In addition, we have hundreds of sales managers, representatives, and trainers subscribed to our blogs. Chances are, if you are using our content in a workshop setting, we will become aware of it.
Routine search for duplication of content. Today’s technology offers several ways to search the web and other sources for duplication of content. Should we find duplication (without permission), we will pursue from a legal perspective.
